Artist Statement
Painting and drawing are how Julie connects to the beauty that surrounds her. Her medium of choice is watercolor, and she loses herself for hours in her art studio as she experiments with drawing and painting. Julie is very intent on her finished pieces conveying the feelings she is trying to communicate to the viewers. By sharing her art, she hopes to spread the joy and contentment she feels as she paints the beauty of the surroundings, she is blessed to live in.
